Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine, LLC and Dan and Lisa Shepard of All In 1 Realty Services, LLC Brokered sale of 161 Troy Schenectady Road, Latham, New York between Purchaser – UniFirst Corporation and Seller – Ajit S. Khanuja. The sale price was $520,000.00. The 7,200 square foot building will be used for UniFirst facility expansion.

The sale price was $1,900,000.00. The .96 Acre site is a built to suit for FDS.

Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, LLC and Gerard Wise of Roohan Realty,  Brokered the sale of 4.79 acres on Route 50 in Wilton, New York for $1,250,000.00 between FFBWood #2, LLC and Alan R. Rhodes, Trustee of the Gick Road Charitable Remainder Unitrust. This property will be a new Retail Center.
