International Council of Shopping Centers

Founded in
1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global
trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 38,000 members in
the U.S., Canada and more than 70 other countries include shopping
center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors,
lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and
public officials. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links
with more than 20 national and regional shopping center councils
throughout the world. |

CIREB is an
organization of real estate professionals who buy, sell, lease and/or
exchange commercial properties. The goal of CIREB is to represent the
common interests of our members and at the same time allow our clients
the benefit of the experience of over 300 commercial specialists working
together. Our membership includes brokers, agents, property managers,
developers, appraisers, and affiliates actively engaged in the business
of commercial real estate.
CIREB was formed by a
group of local commercial real estate specialists in 1967. They created
an organized system for sharing information on available properties and
the real estate needs of interested parties. Our database of property
listings offers an extensive pool of commercial and industrial real
estate listings for sale and for lease to assist our members and their
clients. |
Greater Capital Association of Realtors

The Greater
Capital Association of REALTORS, Inc. (GCAR) is a trade association
representing over 2,000 real estate professionals active throughout New
York's Capital Region. GCAR members assist in the marketing and
purchasing of residential, commercial, vacant land, and farm properties.
Other members are active in real property appraisal, management,
financing, and related fields. GCAR is led by a team of volunteer
members and professional staff who provide direction and policy.
GCAR's 2,000 members
are associated with over 500 offices located in Albany, Columbia,
Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady,
Schoharie, Warren and Washington Counties. GCAR's Affiliate
members provide mortgage and other real estate related services.

Saratoga Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) is a private sector,
non-profit, consulting firm, established in 1978, that works to retain
existing businesses while creating new jobs in Saratoga County, New
York. SEDC is the central point of contact for business development and
